Jim St. Cin is the founder of Nuvia Partners and has over 20 years of finance and operations leadership experience in the technology field.

Jim’s experience ranges from working for Fortune 500 companies where he learned best practices in Finance & Operational functions to building start-up companies.

​

As a trusted advisor, Jim draws on his deep Finance experience creating lasting partnerships with the business leadership, anticipating and solving problems, overcoming barriers and implementing financial reporting that ‘tell a story’ and not just providing spreadsheets with lots of data.

​

Jim is also a roll-up the sleeves leader in solving problems, intertwining functional teams and activities while gaining efficiencies and improving margins.

​

Jim also draws on his experience working at mid-market companies and a technology start-up, where he was instrumental in building the company from its infancy, with one small office, to a multi-national company with revenues in the tens of millions.

Jim’s extensive experience and education coupled with his innate ability to create trust, build partnerships, and finding ‘holes’ in the business strategy or execution-side of the business while being part of the solution, gives Jim a unique ability to help business leaders be more successful.

 

Growing up in the Washington D.C. metro area, Jim now lives in Doylestown, PA with his wife Kathy and their 2 children.  When not working, you will find Jim outdoors doing DIY projects, volunteering, hiking, sailing, and practicing Tai Chi.
